Many people think that the correct bra is an expensive bra, a good quality bra or bra with underwire that will support your breasts.
What most of us don't know is whether we are wearing the bra that is suitable for us. Me too.
I always thought that bra should be tight so it is supporting. However, i have a problem with the straps. They kept falling off my shoulders. Initially, i've been telling myself : "My shoulders are just very narrow that could been the reason why."
Straps won't stay on shoulders: May be too loose or set too far apart for narrow or sloping shoulders. Adjust straps to give some lift to bust. If you like, stitch straps to stay in place. (A custom-fitted bra does not really need adjustable straps. Manufacturers use them to fit more women with fewer sizes.) You can move the straps closer together in back, or choose a different pattern.
